artist's statement:

I started in photography in high school, but some of my first memories were of playing with my mom's camera. Most of the time there was no film, but it was fun still to pretend. After high school I went on to college where I continued in my love of photography. I graduated with a degree in photography followed my degrees in digital media and TV production. I've also studied art and art history, but realized that I can't draw and history bored me.

It's been 15 years since I started down this road and I hope to spend another 15 years followed by another, followed by another. Photography is a passion of mine, a way to not only capture the world, but to create my own.
